The OPB-IIC core documentation does not contain information regarding the use of the STA_T and the SCL_T signals. What are these signals used for?

The SDA_T and SCL_T signals are the 3-state enable signals that control the data direction for the SDA and SCL data busses within the OPB-IIC core.



The data sheet has been updated in Service Pack 2.



This problem is fixed in the latest 6.2 EDK Service Pack, available at:

http://www.xilinx.com/ise/embedded/edk.htm.
The first service pack containing the fix is EDK 6.2 Service Pack 2.
