the column titled "MASTER-LOW".

Solution

In the 1994 data book on page 2-43, The label data 4 (I) is missing from
the column titled "MASTER-LOW". It belongs in the same row for master-low
as it is for the other columns that show this signal.

This has been corrected in the 1994 Data Book second edition
