In iMPACT 7.1, the XCFxxP PROM programs and verifies correctly, but does not successfully program the devices. This only occurs when design revisioning has not been enabled.
To work around this issue, enable design revisioning when the .mcs file is created. You can use the default options to create the new .mcs file. This creates a .cfi file that is used during programming to enable the advanced features of the PROMs.
This issue will be fixed in the next major release of the software.
