How do I begin the process of investigating a possible kit failure or Return Material Authorization?
There are three types of Boards / Kits RMAs:
For Kit RMAs: All kits must be returned to point of purchase, and must be within the 90-day warranty period.
Electrical RMAs:
Note: A technical support representative cannot approve the RMA. The approval must come from your point-of-purchase after a formal RMA request is submitted through Xilinx.
The technical support representative can inform you of this process once the Service Request has been debugged and the issue designated an Electrical RMA.
