LogiCORE VLYNQ v1.1 - Why are there corrupted data reads when using the VLYNQ Core?

Description

Why are there corrupted data reads when using the VLYNQ Core?

Solution

This problem is caused by a control signal for the Block RAM in the VLYNQ core that causes Block Memory read failures, which results in corrupted data.

This issue has been resolved in the LogiCORE VLYNQ v1.2.

See (Xilinx Answer 23509) for a detailed list of LogiCORE VLYNQ Release Notes and Known Issues.
