9.2i EDK - Intc driver 1.10c errors out when an external interrupt is used and the system name is not "system"

Description

The intc driver 1.10c errors out when the design includes external interrupt pins and the system name is not "system".

Solution

Looking at the file intc_v2_1_0.tcl:

 # Skip system (external) ports

if {[string compare -nocase $source_name($i) "system"] == 0} {

continue

One possible work-around is to allow system names that end in "system":

 # Skip system (external) ports

if {[string match -nocase "*system" $source_name($i)] == 1} {

continue

}
