Project Navigator - Translate Search Directory (-sd) switch property in the GUI is inconsistent with the value passed to the tools

I enter a relative location to the -sd switch in the Properties menu of XST and NGDBuild. After closing the Properties menu and open it again, I see that the -sd switch shows an absolute location, but when I run the tools, Project Navigator passes the relative location.

This is only a display issue, but it can be confusing.

Internally, file paths are always stored as absolute. In other words, the actual values of file type properties are always absolute paths. For specific operations that use relative paths, the internal absolute path is fetched and converted to relative on demand. Two such operations are 1) writing to the .xise file, and 2) generating cmd lines for NGDBuild and XST.

In 12.1, Project Navigator passes the relative location to NGDBuild (although, the Properties menu shows an absolute location).

The -sd path is processed internally as a relative path to account for the possibility that the project might be moved to a different location. In this case, the path is resolved based on the relative location of the selected directory to the project.
