When using the constant interface, why do I see ghosting in the horizontal direction when downscaling an image larger than 720p?

Solution

This is a known issue with version 3.0 of the Video Scaler, which is fixed in the Video Scaler v4.0.

Users can work around this issue by using the General Purpose Processor (GPP) interface.
