The OSD does support different input frame sizes.The frames will be properly merged, or alpha blended, based on the configuration of the OSD.
The OSD can handle different input frame rates, but it is not recommended. The reason is that the slowest input frame rate will define the output rate of the OSD, and faster inputs will need to drop frames in order to stay in sync with the slower frame rate input.
