What is the reason for this?
These error occur when an unsupported version of ModelSim is being used.
This has been seen with both ModelSim 6.6d and ModelSim 10.0a.
Please ensure that you are using a supported version of the simulator for a given ISE release.
See the following document for supported versions in 14.1.
http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx14_1/irn.pdf
Errors do not occurs when ModelSim 10.1a is used.
