Vivado HLS 2012.2 - HLS generated PCORE containing AXI master interface does not work

Description

The HLS generated PCORE containing the AXI master interface does not work.

Solution


To work around this issue, update the following lines of the .mpd file in the data folder of the PCORE:

change from:
PARAMETER C_M_AXI_M_PROT_VALUE = 0b010
PARAMETER C_M_AXI_M_CACHE_VALUE = 0b0000


to:
PARAMETER C_M_AXI_M_PROT_VALUE = 0b000
PARAMETER C_M_AXI_M_CACHE_VALUE = 0b0011

This issue will be fixed in the 2012.3 Vivado HLS tool.
