Zynq-7000 AP SoC ZC702 Evaluation Kit - How does SW16 correlate to jumpers J20, J21, J22, J25 and J26?

SW16 (light blue / grey 5-position DIP switch) is present on Rev D ZC702 and later revisions of the board (including Rev 1.0), as shown below:

Earlier revisions of the ZC702 Kit, such as Rev B or Rev C, do not have this DIP switch present.
Instead, the mode is set using the jumpers immediately below the FMC headers, as shown below:

What is the relationship between switch SW16 and these five jumpers?

The equivalent jumper versus SW16 settings to set this board up correctly are listed below:

JUMPERS                 vs                            SW16

J26                                                              SW16-5

J25                                                              SW16-4

J22                                                              SW16-3

J20                                                              SW16-2

J21                                                              SW16-1
