14.2 ChipScope - Configuration fails in ChipScope when running on multiple machines

When ChipScope tool is running on multiple machines, as is the case in large regression runs, some of the configuration processes fail with this exception:

"terminate called after throwing an instance of 'XilCommNS::FileNotExistException'

This issue is caused by the temporary file $HOME/.cse/cse_tempFile.bit which is created by ChipScope toolwhen performing configuration. A new naming scheme is necessary for these temporary files.

This is currently a known issue and it will be fixed in the 14.4 release of the tools.
