SDK 14.4, Zynq-7000 SoC - Specifying explicit offset for data files in BIF generates incorrect .MCS, but correct .BIN

Description

If an explicit offset is specified for a data file in the BIF file using SDK (Create Zynq Boot Image), the MCS file does not correctly place the data.

Solution

To work around this issue, convert the correct .BIN file into .MCS using PROMGen command line:

promgen -b -data_file up 0 bootgen.bin -o bootgen.mcs
