Can a memory dump from SDK/XMD be exported to a text file?

Solution

With the GDB, the dump command can be used to copy data from a target to a file:

With XMD, users can direct the output of a command to a file as shown below:

XMD% set fp [open test.log w]
XMD% puts $fp [mrd 0 10]
XMD% close $fp

This example will redirect the output of mrd 0 10 to test.log.
