2013.3 Vivado - Deleting multiple IP cores at the same time results in: ERROR: [Designutils 20-1612] HDDASrcFile ...

I have a project which contains multiple IP cores that have been imported from ISE CORE Generator projects.

Two of the IP cores have the same name but differ by case (one is all in upper case and the other is in lower case).

If I select both IP cores in the Hierarchy tab and select Remove Sources, a Vivado v2013.3.0 (64 bit) dialog box appears with the following message:

ERROR: [Designutils 20-1612] HDDASrcFile: Deleted HDDASrcFile object being referenced via the getAttrs() method".

The dialog box does not disappear when I click OK so I cannot remove the IPs from my project.

In the process of collecting the files to be removed from the project, duplicate object files of the same name but different case are being discovered.

This causes the underlying code to attempt to remove the file twice.

The second time causes a missing file exception, which in turn instructs the GUI to display the file information.

Because the file has already been deleted, the HDDASrcFile failure occurs.
This will only occur on a Linux platform as Windows is case insensitive.

This issue is fixed in Vivado 2013.4.
