I have installed Vivado 2016.1 or later as well as SDK standalone on a Windows 10 platform.
I see that the Uninstall shortcuts are not created in the program Start Group on Windows 10.
The uninstall shortcut is created, but is not shown in the start menu/program group.
Microsoft Windows 10 does not allow two links with the same target to be shown, such as Add Device/Tools (Upgrade) and Uninstall 2016.1 which both call xsetup.exe.
Therefore, only Add Device/Tools (Upgrade) is shown in the start menu.
If Add Device/Tools (Upgrade) is removed, then the Uninstall 2016.1 shortcut will show.
Alternatively, the uninstall can be run from the Uninstall programs screen in the Control Panel, or by using the Uninstall option from XILINX Information Center (XIC).
