UltraScale DDR4 IP - some parts use the incorrect memory speed grade

Description

Version Found: DDR4 IP v2.0 (Rev. 1)

Version Resolved: See (Xilinx Answer 58435)

When targeting the following list of DDR4 components and DIMMs, the timing parameters and CAS Latency (CL) used are for the incorrect speed grade.

Solution

To work around this problem, create a custom memory part in the IP GUI using a Custom CSV file.
