10G Ethernet PCS/PMA - 10G BASE-R gives "WARNING: [Vivado 12-1790] Evaluation License Warning:"

When Implementing the 10G BASE-R IP, I am receiving the following warning message:

WARNING: [Vivado 12-1790] Evaluation License Warning: This design contains one or more evaluation cores that will cease to function after a certain period of time. This design should NOT be used in production systems.

Evaluation cores found in this design:
IP core 'ten_gig_eth_pcs_pma_0' (ten_gig_eth_pcs_pma_wrapper) was generated using a design_linking license.

Why does the tool issue this message about the 10G BASE-R core even though the license is free?

As stated on page 105, "Licensing Information" of (UG068) and in the Customize IP window of IP Catalog, the 10G BASE-R IP core is free.

The message can be safely ignored.

The message is valid only when 10G BASE-KR is selected, but the tool cannot distinguish between the two configurations.

Therefore, the message appears for both BASE-KR and BASE-R.
