Navigate to the $XILINX_VIVADO/patches directory (create this directory if it does not exist). (See (Xilinx Answer 60154) for steps to set your XILINX_VIVADO environment variable so that it points to your Xilinx installation).
Extract the contents of the ".zip" archive to a directory there, and call the directory AR68282. Note: most extraction tools will allow you to automatically create a directory with the same name as the zip file.
Run Vivado software tools from the original install location.
In current releases of the CPRI core the 64B66B sync header is transmitted and received incorrectly. This affects cores operation at line rates of 8110.08Mbps, 10137.6Mbps and 12165.12Mbps.
In addition the CLRMASK input of the BUFG_GTs in the CPRI clocking logic is tied to an incorrect value. This affects all UltraScale and UltraScale+ based cores.
