In the following configurations, the AXI4-Stream interface of the DisplayPort RX Subsystem is not following the AXI4-Stream specification for the data width as it can have a width which is not a multiple of bytes:
|Lane Count||Bit Per Color||AXI4-Stream data width|
As per the AXI4-Stream specification: "The width of the data payload is an integer number of bytes."
This is a known limitation of the DisplayPort RX Subsystem.
If you have issues with this limitation, a work-around is to use a AXI4-Stream subset converter and force the width of the input and output interfaces.
