Using Vivado 2019.1, I have customized an HDMI IP.
However when I open the example design, I see the following critical warnings:
[BD 41-1228] Width mismatch when connecting input pin '/concat_crc/In0'(8) to net 'net_tx_video_axis_reg_slice_m_axis_tdata'(48) - Only lower order bits will be connected, and other input bits of this pin will be left unconnected.
[BD 41-1228] Width mismatch when connecting input pin '/video_frame_crc/vid_in_axis_tdata'(96) to net 'net_concat_crc_dout'(56) - Only lower order bits will be connected, and other input bits of this pin will be left unconnected.

This issue was found in Vivado 2019.1 and will be fixed in the next Vivado release.
The critical warning is reporting an incorrect width mismatch which can be verified from the block design.
Closing the example project and reopening the same project will not give the Critical warning.
For Vivado 2019.1, Users can ignore this critical warning in the Example project.
