3.1i FPGA Editor - "ERROR:FPGAEditor:96 - There is already a net with the name '<net name>'" (Deleted nets cannot be re-added or have their names used for new nets)
Description
Keywords: FPGA Editor, net, delete, rename, add
Urgency: Standard
General Description: In FPGA Editor, if a net is deleted so that it can be re-routed to another location, there is no way for the net to be returned. If I manually route a path and try to save that net with the same name as the deleted net, FPGA Editor reports the following error:
"ERROR:FPGAEditor:96 - There is already a net with the name '<net name>'"
However, when I view the "All Net" window, the net in the error message is not in the list.
Solution
This will be fixed in the next major software release (5.1i).
