XST After moving my design to a Linux machine Im receiving undefined module errors.

Description

XST does not finish when running on a Linux machine, but does finish when run on a Windows machine.

"ERROR:HDLCompilers:28 - "<file_name>" line <line_number> '<undefined_component>' has not been declared"

Solution

One source of this problem is from the use of a `include directive that references include files in different directories on a Windows machine.

When these designs are moved to a Linux machine the \ used in the NT file system is not recognized as by Linux. After the \ are changed to / XST should be able to locate the include files.
