14.x Timing - What does the "Number of Timing Constraints that were not applied" mean in the PAR report?

In thePAR report, there is a message: "Number of Timing Constraints that were not applied." What does thismean?

This message means the number of the constraints that cover 0 paths. That is to say, the Timing Analyzer recognized these constraints, but because no paths are covered by them, they finally take no affect.

To find the paths that are implied by this message, please open the twr file in a text editor and search for " 0 paths analyzed." The first space in the quote is used to prevent the message like "100 paths analyzed" being matched.
