FPGA Package Pin-out Data Sheet - In the device pin-out tables, what does No Connect (NC) mean?

Description

The Device Pin-out section of the data book lists several pins as No Connect. What does this mean?

Solution

"No Connect" pins are not bonded, so they can be left unconnected.
If a pin is a "No Connect" in a smaller device and a VCCO in a larger device, the pin should be connected to VCCO to allow migration to the larger device.
