Advanced ZU49/ZU39/ZU29 Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC Development Kit
iWave's Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC Development kit comprises of ZU49/ZU39/ZU29 SOM and Ultra-High-Performance carrier card. The SOM is equipped with Quad Cortex A53 up to 1.3GHz and Dual Cortex R5F up to 533MHz, up to 16 channels of RF-ADCs @ 2.5Gsps, and 16 channels of RF-DACs @ 10Gsps. The Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC development kit carrier board supports the required set of features like FMC (HPC), PCIex16, QSFP+ connector, HDMI- IN/OUT & SDI IN/Out connectors to validate SOM high-speed PL interfaces and PCIe x1, M.2 SATA, USB-Type-C, Display Port and dual Gigabit Ethernet on-board connectors to validate the Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC high-speed PS interfaces.
