ML300 EDK Designs
This ML300 example design uses the Embedded Development Kit.
An IBM Core Connect infrastructure connects the CPU
to numerous peripherals using Processor Local Bus (PLB), On-Chip
Peripheral Bus (OPB), and Device Control Register (DCR) buses
to build a complete system. The ML300_EDK.pdf document, located
in the ml300_edk1.zip
file, describes the contents of the reference system and
provides information about how the system is organized and
implemented. Please refer to this document before proceeding
with this design. This design requires EDK 3.2.2i, as well
as ISE 5.2.03i.

ML300 Tutorial Materials
Please extract the following tutorial into your $V2PRO
directory (default is c:\ML300). It will create a directory
called v2pdrawlab. The lab instructions are in the word
document named V2PDRAW Lab.doc.

The latest Microdrive image. To re-image your Microdrive
follow the ML300
Microdrive re-imaging instructions. Warning: This file
is very large!
ML300 New ACE files
New ml300 bitstream/ace file with updated ddr controller.
(BRAM initialized with bootloop)
ML300 Product Updates
Updated, higher performance DDR Controller. Replaces $V2PRO/source/hw/verilog/plb_ddr_cntlr/src/plb_ddr_cntlr.v
ML300 Operating System Materials
ML300 Microdrive overlay for VxWorks update. Applied on
top of existing ML300 Microdrive image.
