Embevity offers a wide range of embedded systems development services, which include: hardware design and prototyping, software and firmware development, FPGA-based hardware design, FPGA programming, algorithm development, Digital Signal Processing. FPGA-based systems development is an important branch for Embevity. Within that branch we develop hardware, algorithms and gateware. AMD customers are able to receive a trusted advisor and vendor support from our team within the above areas.

We have gained extra experience in the following domains: industrial systems, measurement systems, signal processing, RTLS, edge computing, health parameter monitoring, real time processing, wearables, smart home, IoT.

Recently, we worked on the following FPGA-based projects:

1) Designing a complete demodulation path for a coherent receiver of an optical signal involving advanced DSP like non-linear Kalman filtering. Technology: AMD Kintex UltraScale, 1 Gsps ADCs/DACs/JESD204b, Domain: Quantum Key Distribution systems.

2) Implementation of algorithms for phase-state demodulation of optical signal. Technology: AMD Artix-7, AMD Zynq UltraScale+, Domain: optical interrogation systems, precision vibration/acoustics sensing.

3) Implementation of data path carrying X-ray data frames over the 8 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports. Technology: Artix-7, Zynq 7000, Domain: medical imaging
