2D/3D Situational Awareness for Aerospace & Defense

Real-time situational awareness is critically important in today’s latest mobile military systems.  Zynq™-7000 All Programmable SoCs (AP SoCs)  meet the high demands for such applications by allowing data capture and image processing which combine information streams from multiple sensors and cameras with resolutions of 2048 x 2048 at 30+ frames per second to construct and display 360 degree view of the surrounding environment.

2D and 3D imaging as well as 360 degree surround view are enabled by Xilinx SmartCORE™ IP for Zynq-7000  AP SoCs, with support for real-time image/video interfacing, capture, pre-processing, analytics, display, and networking functionalities, all in a single-device.  This allows designers to compress current architectures from multi-chip and multi-board solutions into single device and single board solutions that meet rigorous performance and SWaP-C requirements.
